Dragon Boat Races at Tempe Town Lake

Join the Arizona Dragon Boat Association for a weekend of racing.  On March 28th and 29th, 2026, teams from all over will come to Tempe Town Lake to compete in the dragon boat races.  Dragon Boat Racing goes all the way back to 340BC.  Dragon Boats are described as a 10 rowboat with room for 20 paddlers, a drummer and a steer person.
